Why does SideQuest appear at checkout or on my receipt?

SideQuest is the independent studio and shared business identity behind its software. An app's official site may send you to a Stripe-hosted checkout where SideQuest appears as the business name.

Who processes payments?

Stripe hosts checkout and processes the payment and billing information needed to complete a purchase. SideQuest receives the order details needed for delivery and support, but never your full card number.

I did not receive my download or licence. What should I do?

Check the inbox and spam folder for the email address used at checkout. If nothing arrived, send us the app name and that email address. Do not include card details or a licence key.

How do refunds work?

Refund terms can differ by app and are stated on its official product site. Contact us if you need help with a purchase. Product terms apply alongside consumer rights that cannot be limited by those terms.

Where do I find requirements and licence terms?

Each product site is the source of truth for system requirements, trials, licence coverage, included updates, pricing, and downloads. If you cannot find the right page, tell us which app you mean.

How does SideQuest handle support information?

The form sends your topic, optional app name, email address, and message to SideQuest through Vercel and Resend. We use it to answer and manage your request. Read the full details in our Privacy Policy.
