madebysidequest.com is the studio index for SideQuest products. App features, system requirements, pricing, trials, support, and licence details are stated on each app's official product site.

Payments are processed by Stripe through a Stripe-hosted checkout, not on this website. The checkout shows the purchase currency, price, and any applicable tax before you pay.

A purchase is complete when Stripe confirms successful payment. Digital products and licence keys are delivered as described on the relevant product site, usually by download and transactional email. Keep the email address used at checkout accessible and accurate.

SideQuest apps are licensed, not sold. A purchase gives you the usage and update rights described on the product site and in that product's terms; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.

Do not publish, share, resell, or attempt to bypass licence keys or other access controls. Product-specific terms govern the number of people or devices covered by a licence.

Trial length, included updates, system requirements, and ongoing services differ by app and are stated on its product site. SideQuest may improve, change, or stop offering future versions or online services. This does not remove rights already granted with a completed purchase, subject to applicable law.

For a payment, refund, download, or licence-delivery problem, use the support contact on the relevant app's website. Any product-specific refund policy applies alongside rights that consumer law grants you and that cannot be limited by these terms.

Do not misuse or attempt to disrupt the studio site, a product site, checkout, licence fulfilment, downloads, updates, or support systems. Do not use SideQuest products in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.

Checkout and some delivery infrastructure are operated by third-party providers such as Stripe. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use their services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the studio site and SideQuest software are provided "as is" without warranties, and SideQuest is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from their use. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted here with a new effective date. Questions about an app or purchase should go to the support contact on that app's official website.
