LocalWhisper Refund Policy

You may request a refund within 14 calendar days after purchase through the SideQuest support page. Include the purchase email and LocalWhisper as the product. Do not send payment-card details or a complete license key.

SideQuest returns the LocalWhisper purchase price through the original payment method. Payment-provider processing time can vary. A full refund ends the license grant, purchase eligibility, and SideQuest support or recovery under the product terms.

An LW1 key is verified locally. A refund record cannot remotely disable a key that has already been delivered. After a full refund, you must stop using LocalWhisper and delete your copies. SideQuest may refuse later support or recovery for the refunded purchase.

This voluntary refund policy is additional to refund, cancellation, warranty, or other rights provided by applicable consumer law. It does not limit rights that cannot legally be limited. Where the law requires a different or longer remedy, that legal right controls.
