  3. 03Choose Import Files, then select the downloaded CSV files.
  4. 04Read the preview, deselect anything you do not need, and review alias conflicts before importing.

Safe to inspect before you import

These files contain no names, email addresses, customer records, secrets, proprietary scripts, or fictional account data. Form fields such as {{field:topic}} ask you for real context only when you use a snippet. Edit every template to match your voice and policies.

Real Alias format

Plain CSV, with no hidden installer.

The files use UTF-8 text and the same columns accepted by Alias’s built-in importer. They are ordinary downloads, not custom app links.

The name shown in Library and Search.
alias
A semicolon-prefixed trigger that is easy to recognize and change.
body
The reusable plain text, including supported Alias form and cursor tokens.
description
A short note about when to use the snippet.
tags and group
Searchable tags. CSV import does not create collections automatically.
contentKind
Set to plain text in every starter file.
